Why it caught our eye

Every building in Cutout Village comes with work you can do away from the screen: print its sheet, cut it out, fold it and glue together a little physical model. It is a lovely way to make an unlocked building feel like something you actually made.

The game itself is about bringing an almost deserted childhood village back to life. You assemble new buildings, trade with people as they return and grow fruit to unlock more. The paper models make that restoration tangible on your desk as well as in the village.
