Why it caught our eye

At Glimmerwick's witch academy, a spell is a song you perform on a flute. One tune raises the ground so you can cross it; another sends garden tools off to work. Learning magic looks more like practising an instrument than filling a skill bar.

There is a university around those songs, with classes, clubs and festivals, and a skill tree that includes talking to frogs. Eastshade Studios previously built an open world around painting. This time, the thing you do to change the world is play it.
